William passed his foundation exam on the 24th August, and has just recieved his foundation license. His new call sign is M7WER – and he has alerady been on the Monday night club net, with his new FT-817nd. The first QSO in his log book was with our club president, Clive M0IAM Rob

Saturday 1st June 2019 The GDRS gazebo was erected at the Wisley site, and an antenna erected. Bob Bagwell G4HZV took to the key, and started operating. Sat & Sun 1-2 June is the HF NFD (National Field Day) and GDRS is putting on a station from the Wisley Site. We plan to hold a BBQ there from about 6.30-7.00pm on the Sat evening. Please let Stella know if you plan to eat at the BBQ by Friday morning.
